It has a 6.6-inch IPS display same as its predecessor. The main difference is that the resolution has been upgraded from HD+ to FHD+, although the refresh rate remains steady at 90Hz.
Camera
Galaxy A14 has a triple setup rear camera like its predecessor. The Galaxy A14 5G is equipped with a 50 MP Primary camera, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro sensor. The major upgrade in the camera is done this year by replacing the 5MP selfie sensor with a 13 MP sensor.
Chipset
It has Dimensity 700 chipset like in Galaxy A13 5G. So, no performance upgrade In this year’s Galaxy A14 5G. This chipset was released in 2020 and is used by many 5G manufacturers to make budget 5G phones.
Storage
The Galaxy A14 comes standard with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with the option of up to 128 GB. The storage size can be increased up to 1TB by adding SD Card.
Battery
The Galaxy A14 5G comes with a 5000mAh battery and features 15W charging.
